Hi Sandip,

Nice one. Can we have more such articles on meshing/computational geometry?

thanks raghav !!!
Yes sure. How are you doing ?

Boss in a lucid language u summarize so much nicely. I wish you would write a blog explaining the difference between Euclidean and other space, particularly Reimann. He is the same who gave us Reimann problem na?

thanks abhishek !

Yes more is required to be written on Euclidean and other space. Reimannian space is no doubt difficult understand and so to explain.

Yes he is is the same guy who problem we (acutally you) solved in CFD. This guy has life of only 40 year but made contribution which would be remember for 400 years (atleast) :)

Hi Sandip,

Good luck with your start!
If you already have experience in ACIS and Parasolid, I'd be interested in understanding advantages/weaknesses of each. As you likely guessed from my blog http://opencascasde.blogspot.com my background is Open CASCADE modeling kernel but I have never had experience in comparing several kernels so would be interested in that aspect.

I'm currently developing a translator for ACIS and am reading its documentation. Impressions are it has too complicated data model (at least comparing to STEP Part42 - which underlies Open CASCADE's). Would be interested in your view on that. Thanks ! Roman

Hi Roman,
Yes my next post most probaly would be on Model definition of commercial kernels.

Thanks
